I’m neither ripped nor cut though I am slightly scuffed. I am shooting for sturdy even though I know ultimately I am terminal. I do it mainly because I feel better than when I don’t. And I don’t presume everyone can. I’m grateful for the sweat and movement, and let’s not play coy, I post these pics as an attention-seeking device designed to keep folks checking in until such time as I have a new book or show to hype (please consider signing up for the mailing list).
