Population 485 Preview Show Tonight

POPULATION 485 preview show tonight at the Kjer Theater tonight (Tuesday, August 23).

NOTE: For these preview shows, we are relying on help from friends and volunteers. As such, we cannot take reservations or pre-sell tickets. We’ll sell at the door until (if) we hit the seat limit–and then we simply cannot sell anymore.

The lobby will open at 6 pm. The theater itself will open at 6:45. The lobby is quite small, but we will have a nearby hallway open so you can wait out of the weather if need be.

Tickets are not seat-specific.

ITEM BEYOND OUR CONTROL. There is heavy road construction happening at the intersection of Garfield and Park right in front of the theater meaning you may have to walk a bit further or around the block to access the doors, and please note: You will be unable to drive and drop at the curb directly in front of the theater (you will be able to get close on Park). While it is popular to complain about road construction, we’re happy when the streets get fixed, and every day when we go to rehearsal those crews are working hard.

PARKING The Hibbard parking lot (kitty-corner from the theater) should have spaces available.

This is the first step in taking the play public. We are deeply grateful for all the support we’re receiving and do not take it for granted. If for some reason you are unable to get a ticket, please enjoy downtown Eau Claire, which is ripe for new discoveries. If all goes well, we’ll be back!
