Then We Fry It Up In a Pan

All day yesterday and into the night it was sausage-making time.  Cutting, grinding, mixing, stuffing.  More today.  Our friend Mills came to help out.  We are still trying to fine-tune the grinder.  There were some issues.  But so far everyone has ten fingers apiece.

The best part?  The ongoing taste-testing…quality control has never been so delicious.
