It's a book festival, and Mike's bringing the band! This year's Untitled Town lineup is remarkable: Walter Mosley, Jamie Ford, Susan Orlean (long before it published, she critiqued a passage of Truck for me), William Kent Krueger, Nickolas Butler, Andrea Gibson, and more, more, more. On Thursday, April 25, Mike will playing a show at the Tarlton Theatre with the Long Beds--he'll sneak some book and writing talk in between songs. This is a celebration of the Wisconsin Marine Historical Society’s 60th Anniversary. The WMHS is a non-profit organization of over 200 members who volunteer to promote and preserve Great Lakes marine history. Dinner to begin at 6:30 p.m. and Mike will speak at 8 p.m.
