Michael Perry Returns to the Jensen Community Center with The Long Beds

May 2 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Drawing on his experiences as a Wisconsin dairy farm kid, Wyoming ranch hand, and bestselling author who still lives in rural Wisconsin, humorist Michael Perry will open the show with the hilarious and heartfelt stories that have entertained thousands (as featured on the PBS special Michael Perry: On the Road). Whether it’s the one about the sneezing cow, the one about poison ivy, or a simple observation about the quiet comforts of the countryside, Perry will leave you laughing and reconnected (or introduced) to the roughneck goofiness of rural life.

Following intermission, Perry will retake the stage with his popular band the Long Beds and knock out a truckload of roughneck ballads and freight train rockers interspersed while keeping your toes and hearts fulfilled.
