Festing in Fox Cities

We are underway.  Here’s a nice article and overview.

Driving over here today, I enjoyed as I always do how this time of year – brown, everything still flat from the snow – you see the earth bare and unprettied.  The junk, the buildings, the lay of the land visible through leafless trees.  Few weeks from now, it’ll be gorgeous here, spring’s glorious greens, but you’ll know that somewhere underneath are the skin and bones of the place.
