Back in December we held a charity auction to raise funds for my hometown food pantry. When the auction concluded I promised to post the amount of money raised within the week. Then there was a delay or mix-up at the entity responsible for transferring the funds (nothing nefarious, just slow-grinding wheels). I am now happy to report that you were able to deliver just over $300 to the pantry. I am so grateful for your participation…those are my neighbors you’ve helped.
The Long Beds and I will be heading to that same hometown to play at another food pantry benefit this coming Sunday.
