I have received word from WHYS “All Things Six-String” host Sean Hartnett (a surprising fellow…not only is he a geographer at my alma mater UWEC, you will frequently find him elbow-to-elbow with the premiere marathoners of the world) that he will play some Long Beds tunes today (Thursday, December 3). The show streams here and runs from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

All day yesterday and into the night it was sausage-making time. Cutting, grinding, mixing, stuffing. More today. Our friend Mills came to help out. We are still trying to fine-tune the grinder. There were some issues. But so far everyone has ten fingers apiece.
The best part? The ongoing taste-testing…quality control has never been so delicious.
