Long Beds “Gordon” T-Shirt
After we played a benefit show in Mike’s hometown of New Auburn, a sweet lady told us we sounded, “Just like Gordon Lightfoot…only zippier!” We figured that was about perfect. With respect for Mr. Lightfoot, every Long Bed still gets the shivers from “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald,” and we all know we’ll never write anything finer than “Carefree Highway,” and we all secretly wish “Sundown” was creepin’ round our back stairs.
